At The Remnant Table, we gather to be formed, strengthened, and sent. To honor this sacred space, we agree to:

 

1. Show Up Fully

• Attend with attention, openness, and presence.

• Participate actively, not as an audience, but as a member of the table.

• Silence distractions and honor the time and energy of others.

 

2. Speak and Listen with Respect

• Share from your own experience, not as a critic of others.

• Listen fully before responding.

• Speak truth in love, avoiding judgment or correction unless invited.

 

3. Protect Confidentiality

• What is shared at the table stays at the table.

• Personal stories, struggles, or revelations are sacred.

• Social media or outside discussion requires consent from those involved.

 

4. Engage in Holistic Formation

• Be willing to reflect on your whole life—spirit, mind, body, relationships, and purpose.

• Take personal responsibility for your growth.

• Support others in their formation without trying to “fix” them.

 

5. Commit to Discernment

• Approach discussion and teaching with prayerful attention.

• Seek guidance from Scripture, the Spirit, and trusted mentors.

• Share insights humbly, always open to learning and correction.

 

6. Uphold Shared Responsibility

• Contribute to the care of the table: emotional, relational, and spiritual.

• Encourage, uplift, and assist fellow members.

• Take initiative when needed, and support leadership in maintaining the sacred space.

 

7. Grace Above All

• Mistakes, misunderstandings, and growth are part of the journey.

• Extend grace to yourself and others.

• Keep returning to the table, even when it’s uncomfortable or challenging.
