• We do not chase novelty for its own sake—we grow forward from deep roots.

This keeps the community grounded and discerning.

 

2. Sacred Presence

• We show up fully—with attentiveness, reverence, and care for one another.

• This is not a space for performance, urgency, or noise, but for listening and being known.

This protects the table.

 

3. Holistic Formation

• We believe God forms the whole person—spirit, soul, body, relationships, and purpose.

• Transformation here is slow, integrated, and communal, not rushed or fragmented.

This honors how change actually happens.

 

4. Discernment for the Times

• We commit to prayerful attentiveness—to Scripture, the Spirit, and the world around us.

• We seek wisdom together to recognize what God is doing and how we are being prepared.

This gives the community direction.

 

5. Shared Responsibility

• The table belongs to all of us.

• We listen well, speak with humility, carry one another, and help steward the space with integrity and love.

This forms ekklesia, not audience.

 

These values are not ideals to perform, but practices we return to as we are formed together.
